COURSE Cancellation Policies

  1. DEPOSIT

    • YIN Training : 50% of deposit ($250) is non-refundable.

    • Level 1 300hr : Deposit ($500) is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  2. PAYMENT BALANCE

    • The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due 60 days before the COURSE start date unless payment plan in place.

    • Full Balance (not including deposit) will be refunded for cancellation 60 days before event.

    • If cancelled 30 days before the event - 50% refund

    • If cancelled 14 days before event - 25% refund

    • No refund issued if cancelled less than 14 days before event.

When purchasing a COURSE through our site the cancellation policy above will apply to your purchase.

Before purchasing a course, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand clearly the cancellation policy.

We know that sometimes things comes up, and unexpected events happen. If you’re totally sure you aren’t able to make it to the course, the best thing you can do is cancel.

Cancellation Disputes

We have the final say in all disputes over cancellations and of course will try to solve the issue. We intend to approach all issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion.
