what is KUNDALINI?

Kundalini Yoga consists of specific Kriyas (sequences of exercises), meditations, breathing techniques and mantras to assist in a range of physical, mental and emotional needs.

“An attitude of gratitude brings great things.”

— Yogi B

KUNDALINI PRACTICE

  1. Madonna will guide you to tune in with the AdI (PRIMAL) Mantra - Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo - I bow to the divine creator. I bow to the divine teacher within. I bow to all teachers. Connecting to your higher power and elevating awareness free from ego limitations.

  2. If eyes are directed to close - focus between brows (3rd eye point)

  3. Drink water before and after class. Keep the energy flowing.

  4. KRIYAS - Try each Kriya and decide which one you resonate with the most. Usually the most challenging is the one we need to FEEL GOOD over time.

  5. Write in your diary after the class. Write the name of the class, how you feel and write about the mantra of the day.
