In Day 11 we paused to reflect on your journey so far.

Today's lesson is honouring your HUMAN BODY!

Your body is designed to support your mind and working together they create HAPPINESS! 

When you're deciding what to do or whether to act, ask your body. "How do you feel about this?"

You cannot have a single thought, sensation, or feeling without your body responding in some way. 

When you are connected to your body, you are connected to the universe and infinite possibilities!

Simply look up to the stars at night in AWE of this indescribable connection! How does this make your body feel?  

I love this quote by Thomas Carlyle  "There is but one temple in the universe…and that is the human body.

WRITE IN YOUR JOURNAL

Write unedited for 10 mins after your exercies/practise. (Set your alarm). 

Jump off line/ Topic:

"I'm deciding what to do about… (insert an issue, situation, emotional, thought process, job, person or perhaps something unique to you) 

that I would like to change or act on.”

Write  in detail about the above topic then ask your body

"How does my body feel about it?" and continue writing the answer. 

This a powerful exercise.
