TODAY'S  MANTRA

I speak and feel words of truth, kindness and love. 

These words raise my vibration! 

Yesterday we embraced “Compassion”

Today we’re embracing “VIBRATE THE COSMOS and the cosmos shall clear the path.” (Sutra 5)

HOW TO VIBRATE THE COSMOS

  1. CHANT

Chanting changes your mental frequency and your emotional response to the situation and/or environments.

  • Chant research now show repetitive chants often increase alpha and/or theta activity, becoming relaxed while attentive to the outside world.

  • Heart rate, blood pressure and respiration become lower.

  • Stress hormones such as adrenaline are reduced and overall stress decreases.

  • In this space, the inside world tends to become more significant than the outside world. (POWERFUL!)

  • Chanting improves your mental frequency allows you to focus on the present demands and opens your own inner wisdom, clarity and intuition.

  • Music created with intention nourishes us in many ways and on numerous levels. It inspires, relaxes and energises us.

  • Chant out loud is better, although silently works too.


    2. BE CONSCIOUS OF YOUR WORDS! 

  • “Vibrate the Cosmos” also means to be aware of your words, and tone of voice.

  • Avoid venting your frustration by bad mouthing someone or repeating over and over what a lousy situation you’re in.

  • Make a practice of consciously choosing your words.

  • Notice how much energy and spirit you have after chanting.

  • Notice how others change around you.

  • Notice how quickly you get things done.


3. SAVE YOUR WORDS

  • Embrace those who practise peace and acceptance towards self.

  • The ones who choose to create suffering, create healthy space from them or let them go!

Take a supported, seated position.

LOKAH SAMASTAH SUKHINO BHAVANTU,

It means: "May All Beings Be Happy and Free.

May my thoughts, words and actions in some way contribute to the happiness, peace and freedom of others.”

YOGA FLOW FOR STRENGTH

Banana Blueberry Pancakes

In the video I demonstrate ONE pancake.

Use recipe below for 4 pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 tsp coconut flour

  • 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp oil

  • 1 C blueberries

  • Squeeze of lemon

Method

1 Mash the bananas with a fork

2 Whisk in the eggs, the flour and the nutmeg (if using)

3 Heat a small non stick pan and add enough oil to lightly coat the surface

4 Swirl the pan around to evenly spread oil and add 1/4 of the mixture to the pan

5 Cook until bubbles appear on the top, then turn carefully with a spatula

6 Cook for a further 5 minutes, remove from the pan and add some more oil if necessary

7 Repeat the process for the other 3 pancakes with the rest of the mixture

8 Add blueberries to the hot pan with squeeze of lemon juice

9 Pour sauce over pancakes and serve solo or with dob of favourite yoghurt.

Serves 4 pancakes
