5 SUTRAS
Sutras are beads or gems of wisdom threaded together to form profound teachings.
Sutras were created in ancient and medieval Indian times to condense elaborate concepts into simple phrases.
These incredible sutras alone can change your life and enhance your capacity to hold space for FEELING GOOD!
As we embrace the power of each sutra we start to clearly recognise how our mind projections can block or enhance our natural state.
SUTRA 1
RECOGNISE THE OTHER IN YOU!
If something pushes your button, look within as to why rather than project on to the other.
Look at everything as a mirror, other’s behaviour, allowing you to embrace your own shadows.
Allowing YOU to love the whole package.
When you're comfortable with the whole package you can be more content and accepting of others.
Allowing things to flow and not taking things personally.
What you're experiencing on the outside is a reflection of what is happening within.
When you can step up with courage and willingness to witness your ego and to recognise the other person in you,
it becomes invaluable in your relationships.
This sutra alone can affect us feeling good or not so good in any given conflict or challenging situation.
